
This mayo is a great way to feature spring in your early April recipes. It's incredibly simple to make but also brings your standard blt, egg salad or turkey sandwich up a notch. Best served a few hours after mixing.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/2 tbsp Green Garlic, a mixture of green and bulb, minced fine
1 pinch lemon zest
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
