Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro (about 1 cup chopped)
1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp roasted or sautéed sweet onion
2 cloves roasted or 1 clove sautéed garlic
kosher salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until chopped, then blend, drizzling in olive oil, until fully incorporated. Adjust flavors to taste.
